Leadership Coaching
EDIT THIS: Change can be a mysterious process. In a transformational coaching container, we get to the bottom of what truly drives change, allowing you to live a life more deeply connected to your values.
My #1 goal is to leave people better. My approach is drawn from my experience with meditation & mindfulness, parts work, ICF style coaching methodologies, Circling & Authentic Relating, the enneagram, and plant medicine work.

The first step in any coaching relationship is a discovery call. You’ll have a chance to ask questions, get a sense of my approach, and see if we might be a good fit.
Most of my sessions are conducted via Zoom. For folks local to me in Vermont, I also hold sessions in-person and in nature.
I work with many principles. Here are a few:
Truth: I will be the most honest person in your life, and I will support you in being honest with yourself. The willingness to be honest with oneself is actually a radical act. It’s the first step in true self-awareness and can powerfully change your results in the world.
Connection: We accomplish more with the support of others. Through the relationship of coaching, more becomes possible.
Ownership: When we own the way we show up, the actions we take, and the results we get, we create the foundation for transformation and the shifting of old patterns.
Emotions matter: Sometimes, we don’t need a new plan or a new way of thinking but, rather, a way to feel what’s already here. Our emotions hold tremendous wisdom.
We can change: Each of us has the power to live the life we desire.

“One of my favorite things about Zachary is his spaciousness. I feel very attuned to. His ability to see threads and commonalities is a way that had me feeling surprised. His reflections and pattern recognition are incredibly strong and supportive in helping me be the person I want to be.”
